Common problems and solutions:
1. Problem: the thumb screw stripped when first tightened, without 360 degrees of motion.
Solution: first, take the adjustment screw part off, then rotate the part of the screw connection to achieve the camera angle that you wanted, after you’ve got the angle you want, screw it up and fix it. (Please note the installation section of 12345678 in the picture)

2. Problem: the adjustment screw is easy to fall off.
Solution: all parts of the wall mount bracket can be unloaded, just fix and tighten it.

3. Problem: when use this to the security camera, find it’s hard to coordinate.
Solution: this product is made of metal material, so it’s a little hard to twist. But they are more sturdy and durable than other mounts.
